* WORKPLACE CLINICS (in English or in Spanish)
Forward thinking companies are jumping on the bandwagon to promote Health & Wellness and Active Lifestyle programs for their employees.
The Santa Barbara Bicycle Coalition (SB Bike) will come to your workplace or community group to teach a one-hour workshop covering laws, skills and basic gear. This is a great introductory session for people who are new to bicycling or interested in learning more.
SB Bike has several options for workplace audiences that include "lunch & learn" presentation and a practical session on a bike. The structure of these sessions is very flexible.
